This is a guided Energy Workout where I share with you my 8 minute daily routine, using Energy Movements, followed by Energy Balancing Techniques.
These exercises are based on studies and practices of Qi Gong, Eden Energy Medicine and Acupressure points.
These techniques are cleverly designed to help us release stagnant energies, cleanse and stimulate a healthy flow, leaving us feeling revitalised, focused, relaxed and balanced.
