 In this video I share the impact every day energies we are exposed to in our daily lives can impact our own energy, and how important it is to cleanse and balance our Energy body each day to achieve optimal Health and Wellbeing. Follow this video with the '8 Minute Energy Workout'. 

Guided Energy Workout with Introduction

 This is a guided Energy Workout where I share with you my 8 minute daily routine, using Energy Movements, followed by Energy Balancing Techniques. 


These exercises are based on studies and practices of Qi Gong, Eden Energy Medicine and Acupressure points. 

These techniques are cleverly designed to help us release stagnant energies, cleanse and stimulate a healthy flow, leaving us feeling revitalised, focused, relaxed and balanced. 


 .For a 'Self-Healing Routine' I recommend that you practice daily; preferably first thing in the morning and last thing at night.  

8-Minute Guided Energy Workout (no Intro)

Once you achieve an understanding through the Introduction provided in the previous video, jump straight into your 8-minute Energy Routine!


 Practice regularly if you are wanting to maintain a healthy mental, emotional and physical body and energy balance.
