Grilling vegetables helps retain each vegetable's unique taste., creating a delicious vegetable combo.

Vegetable Stew

Aubergene, Tomatoes, Carrot, Onion, Garlic, Black Olives, Organic Olive Oil, Parlsey & Red Lentils (option).


Tumeric, Cummin, Black Pepper & Powdered Red Pepper.


(Serve with a drizzle of lemon juice for Vitamin C to facilitate the absorption of Iron).

Courgette Veg Wraps

Tomatoes Arugula leaves, Grilled Asparagus, and thinly sliced Courgettes for wrapping.

Filling Mix:

Aubergine (cut into halves,

boil to soften & scoop out centre)


Add filling and place in oven to bake for 30-40minutes.


Grill on high heat for 10 minutes for final touch!

Baked Sweet Potato Fries

  • Cut Sweet potato into strips.
  • Dress to taste using Extra Virgin Olive oil, rosemary, black pepper, Himalayan salt or Sea Salt.
  • Oven Bake for 40 minutes
